TROY – A Piqua man is incarcerated at the Miami County Jail on numerous charges, including felonious assault, after fleeing Troy Police Wednesday night, Nov. 13. According to the Miami County Jail website, Jason M. Bailen, 49, was arrested by Troy Police at the intersection of Wayne Street and South Dorset Road in Troy at 8:14 p.m. and was booked into the jail about an hour later.
