Zeb was taken to a vet hospital at Ohio State University, where he continues to recover.
“We all know Zeb is an exceptional fighter with a huge heart and spirit. After all, he fought off two pit bulls for almost an hour, while in extreme pain and shock from massive injuries. He does not quit,” Hensley said.
Ellie is recovering in the same stall as Zeb and isn’t pulling off his bandages.
Zeb will undergo jaw surgery soon, according to Hensley.
