Nestlé has issued a voluntary recall of some Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s frozen meals over concerns about the presence of foreign materials.
The company is working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture on the recall, which involves the potential presence of a wood-like material, Nestlé said in a release . The company was taking the action after being contacted by consumers about the issue, including one potential choking incident.
