DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The family of Isaiah Trammell is suing Montgomery County and the county jail’s medical service provider.
The 19-year-old suffered serious injuries while in police custody in June 2023, dying three days later. His death was ruled a suicide, but his family says they want accountability.
