Betty Ann Rosenbeck, 42, of Huber Heights, Ohio, has been sentenced to 98 months in federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine into Southwest Virginia and carrying a firearm during those activities. Rosenbeck had previously pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
According to court documents, Rosenbeck’s involvement came to the attention of law enforcement on July 17, 2023, when her vehicle was stopped in Bristol, Virginia. A K9 officer alerted authorities to the presence of narcotics, leading to the seizure of digital scales, plastic baggies, and a handgun magazine.
