Driver who caused deadly school bus crash says trial wasn’t fair; a court just disagreed

A decision has been made in the appeal of the conviction of the driver who caused a school bus crash that killed an 11-year-old boy in Clark County.

The Second District Court of Appeals issued a decision on Friday, affirming Hermanio Joseph’s 2024 conviction for causing the August 2023 crash that killed Aiden Clark.

He was sentenced to nine to 13.5 years in prison.
