COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) – An Ohio woman could serve nearly a decade in prison after pleading guilty to theft and identify fraud felonies in a Medicaid scam.
According to the Ohio Attorney’s General’s Office, a Montgomery County woman previously banned from working as a Medicaid provider was sentenced for defrauding the program once again.
On March 17, Janay Corbitt, 36, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft and third-degree felony counts of identity theft.
