Man found guilty of fentanyl possession after high-speed chase

DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) – A man was found guilty Tuesday of possessing more than 20 grams of fentanyl following a high-speed chase in Fairborn three years ago.

On May 6, a jury found Alan Dominguez-Oliva guilty of Possession of more than 20 grams of fentanyl (a first-degree felony charge) and Aggravated Possession of Drugs – Methamphetamine (a second-degree felony charge).

He now faces 19 years in prison following his latest conviction…
