DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man is in custody after a struggle ensued during an alleged domestic violence incident Tuesday.
According to a Dayton Police Department Sergeant, officers headed to the 2700 block of Triangle View Drive minutes before 7:15 a.m. after report of an assault.
1 injured after flames strike residence
Officers located an adult male at the residence who had a laceration-related injury. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was then arrested on alleged charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging.
