City of Dayton to remove Cornell Market debris pile

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — The City of Dayton can now move ahead with removing the Cornell Market debris pile.

The City posting on Facebook that it has received and approved a wrecking permit application from defendant Safi Husman Ali, who failed to appear in court for the public nuisance and outdoor storage trial.

The judge issued a bench warrant for Ali and told the attorney to proceed with removing the debris…
