Train festival at Carillon Park features unique exhibits and rides

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Train lovers were able to enjoy a fun festival at Carillon Historical Park this weekend, which is ending within the hour.

The beloved fest featured “the big train,” which is nearly a mile long (it carries 120 passengers) and “the little train,” which is a 7.5-gauge miniature railroad operated by the Carillon Park Rail and Steam Society.

It was held on Saturday, June 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
