Yellow Springs residents warned of ‘protective doe’

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Yellow Springs residents have notified village police of a “protective doe” seen following them closely.

The village police department has since reached out to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for measures that residents should take.

According to the YSPD, the doe and its fawn were seen in the area of East Whiteman and Livermore Streets. In speaking with ODNR, residents were provided a list of tips to navigate the situation…
