Governor DeWine awards $66M in tax credits to boost historic projects across Ohio

TROTWOOD, Ohio (WKEF) — The former Salem Mall property in the city of Trotwood is listed as one of three projects in the Miami Valley awarded in the latest round of preservation tax credits announced by Governor Mike DeWine.

The awards are a part of the Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program, which encourages private investment in the rehabilitation of historic structures by providing financial incentives for their redevelopment.
