HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) — Huber Heights police used a new piece of technology to quickly track down those responsible for the garbage can explosion during an Independence Day celebration.
Just two weeks ago, a garbage can exploded during Star Spangled Heights, causing panic as residents were forced to quickly evacuate the park. Police have since arrested two juveniles responsible for the incident.
The Huber Heights Police Division says the quick identification and arrest was thanks to cameras with artificial intelligence, which can help police solve the case in a matter of days versus a few weeks…
