The 79-year-old victim told Clearcreek Township Police that Payton Rasey, 38, pushed her onto a couch and tried to smother her with a pillow while threatening to kill her Sunday evening. She also said he put his hands around her neck and tried to choke her. She said she bit Rasey and got away.
