TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) — A fire Tuesday morning in Trotwood has displaced four people.
According to Trotwood Fire Department Chief Rick Haacke, the fire began around 4:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on the 50 block of Friendship Circle. Crews found that the residence was fully engulfed upon their arrival.
