DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A charity pie auction will be held this Sunday at the Mercer County Fair.
The 27th Annual Pie Auction is a tradition and benefits the fairgrounds and community. This year, it honors the memory of Glen Florence, who started the auction. It will be held on Aug. 10.
People can bring in their peach pies for the baking contest by or before 2:30 p.m.

At 5 p.m. the Pie Auction will open to bidders and donors. The highest bidder gets the pie, all the proceeds go the fairgrounds…
