The Cincinnati imam jailed by immigration officials since July 9 was held in solitary confinement for four days this month, he alleged in a new legal filing.
Ayman Soliman’s latest lawsuit, filed Aug. 7, stated he was placed in “segregated detention” at the Butler County Jail Aug. 2-5. During that time, the suit stated, the jail restricted his access to lawyers and visitors.
