Dayton P.D. says suspect who vandalized 9 properties downtown Dayton has been a ‘nemesis’

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — The Dayton Police Department (DPD) gave details on Wednesday about a suspect who vandalized nine properties in downtown Dayton on Tuesday morning. The man who was arrested has a long history of causing problems downtown.

DPD said on Tuesday morning between 4:15 and 4:30, a 60-year-old man broke multiple windows on W. First and Ludlow streets. Eight small businesses and a church were impacted by the vandalism.
