MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — A year and a half after a deadly shooting outside of a local bar, a man has been found guilty of murder.
Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney Greg Flannagan said that Sha’king Jones, 27, was found guilty of the following charges on Friday:
- Two counts of Murder
- One count of Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon
- One count of Felonious Assault causing Serious Physical Harm
- One count of Having Weapons While Under Disability
As previously covered, on Jan. 29, 2024, law enforcement responded to a call of a man shot at Napoleon’s nightclub located on Germantown Pike. Deputies reported that they found Darnell Pate, 30, dead with gunshot wounds in the driver’s seat of a running car, with the passenger door open.
Additionally, deputies said that an abandoned wrecked car was found on Ericson Avenue. The car was later determined to be stolen from Huber Heights…
