SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – Clark County leaders heard from residents Wednesday night on whether or not to ban solar and wind farms countywide.
A line formed outside the door as everyone from sixth-generation farmers to local business owners to longtime residents came out to voice their opinions on a proposed countywide ban on large wind and solar farms and facilities.
