Bubba’s 33, a fast-casual spinoff of Texas Roadhouse, is set to make its debut in the Miami Valley area of Ohio, taking over a former TGI Fridays in Beavercreek.
Construction for the new location is slated to begin in March 2026, pending final approval from the Beavercreek City Council.
