DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — An “active law enforcement incident” early Thursday morning ended with at least one person in custody in Franklin Township.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office posted to social media Sept. 11 at 12:18 a.m. that a “large law enforcement presence” was around Post Rail Lane and Knollbrook Drive.
