DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A Clayton police officer is receiving recognition for his life-saving efforts recently.
On Sept. 12, Officer Joseph Pugh responded to a call reporting that a 2-month-old was not breathing, but rather choking.

He was first on scene and immediately administered medical aid, including CPR.
Pugh performed CPR until the Northmont Fire Collaborative arrived. From there they took over rendering aid.
