DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — The family of Hershall Creachbaum, a 7-year-old special needs boy who died in July, has filed a lawsuit against officials in Montgomery and Clark counties.
The lawsuit, filed by the legal team at Wright & Schulte, seeks wrongful death damages and legal discovery orders for all agency records related to Creachbaum.
