WILMINGTON, Ohio (WXIX) – An Ohio pastor has been arrested for rape and other charges, according to the Wilmington Police Department.
Silas Shelton was taken into custody on Oct. 15, police said.
Shelton, who lives in Warren County, serves as a pastor at a church in Clinton County, the department explained.
Police said he is charged with the following:
- Rape
- Sexual battery
- Unlawful sexual conduct with a minor
- Gross sexual imposition
