MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – Two properties have been sold to make way for a new convenience store and gas station at a busy Moraine intersection.
On Oct. 9, National Retail Properties LP sold the old Frisch’s property at 4830 S. Dixie Drive to Moraine Land Associates LLC for $1,700,000.
That same day, the same purchaser bought the apartment building at 2750 Lehigh Place from Highdale LLC for $950,000, according to property records.
Moraine City Council voted 4 to 2 in August to rezone the apartment building, which allowed the project to advance the convenience store project forward…
