DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The U.S. Marshal Service and its partner agencies are asking for your help to locate two fugitives, both accused of violent felony crimes here in the Miami Valley.
Donnell Hawkins
Hawkins is wanted by the Dayton Police Department for felony domestic violence and strangulation.

U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio Michael Black says his teams always prioritize intimate partner abuse, but even more during domestic violence awareness month.
“It’s all about the victims of violence, of domestic violence,” said Black. “In order to stop the cycle, we have to get the offenders out of our neighborhoods.”
Marquez Jones
Jones is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation on original charges of having weapons under disability.

“Anybody that’s carrying a weapon out there that’s been committed, that has committed a violent crime, using a weapon and is still carrying a weapon, that’s a problem,” said Black.
