MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — The Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, Mike Foley, spoke directly to a judge on Tuesday during a hearing, asking for protection orders against two men, David Esrati and Tyler Starline, who, Foley said, have threatened his life. Judge Stephen Wolaver, a visiting judge from Greene County, denied both emergency requests but set a hearing date for a full hearing.
Foley said he is more concerned because of the current political climate.
