DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The final preparations for the free 31st annual Stoddard Avenue Pumpkin Glow on Grafton Hill are underway.
The pumpkin glow is a beloved local Halloween tradition where thousands of pumpkins are on display on Grafton Hill
The final carving and placement of the pumpkins began at noon and will finish at 6 p.m. with the lighting.
