DAYTON, Ohio — When you think of Halloween costumes, your mind may jump to something scary or something gross.
The NICU babies at Dayton Children’s could be nothing further from that, decked out in their costumes based off cartoons. The children’s hospital shared some photos of some of the babies wearing different color Care Bear costumes.
