Fairborn man’s sentence extended to 60 years for rape

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – A Fairborn man’s prison sentence has been extended to at least six decades following his convictions for rape, kidnapping, and felonious assault.

33-year-old Breyon Bryant was previously sentenced to 33 to 37 years in prison for shooting at law enforcement when being apprehended for a murder charge. Bryant was sentenced to an additional 27 to 32.5 years on Monday, Oct. 13.

Allegations of Bryant’s wrongdoing were originally brought to the attention of police in early 2024 when his then-wife fled the home with her children. The family took refuge at a shelter run by Violence Free Futures, and Bryant’s wife and stepchild disclosed details of their abuse to staff at the facility…
