Tips for managing seasonal affective disorder as daylight hours decrease in Miami Valley

MIAMI VALLEY, Ohio (WKEF) — The extra hour of sunlight we’ve enjoyed for months has come to an end.

There’s all kinds of debate over the benefits and disadvantages of time change, but we really have no choice but to adapt. Brittany Jamison, a family nurse practitioner at Premier Health explained why a one hour adjustment can take some people so long to get used too, and the symptoms that could indicate Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
