The family of a Dunbar High School student fatally shot on April 4th the RTA bus hub in downtown Dayton has filed a lawsuit against the Greater Dayton RTA.
Alfred Hale, 18, was shot at Wright Stop Plaza while waiting for a bus to school. He made his way to a local restaurant before passing away from his wounds.
The 39 page wrongful death lawsuit claims that the Greater Dayton RTA has been aware of dangers for riders including students of Dayton Public at Wright Stop Plaza for over a decade.
