200-unit apartment project planned in red-hot Cincinnati suburb

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A Northern Kentucky firm and an Indiana development company are planning a large apartment project in a rapidly growing community in Warren County.

Crestview Hills-based Gallenstein Cos. owns the 19-acre development site at the northwest corner of Ohio state Route 48 and Willow Pond Boulevard in Hamilton Township between Maineville and Hopkinsville.

Carmel, Ind.-based CRG Residential plans to build a 220-unit community called Northview Farms at the site. The development will comprise eight three-story walkup buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a community pool, a pickleball court and a dog park…
