DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Two people were hospitalized after a fire at a Lakebend Drive apartment early Thursday morning.
According to Dayton Fire Department’s Captain Brad French, the call for the reported structure fire came in at approximately 1:50 a.m. Crews on scene saw smoke coming from the 3-story apartment building.
Crews quickly controlled the fire on the second floor and searched the building. An adult was found and removed from the apartment.
