OHIO — A 12-year-old boy has been arrested and placed in the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center after allegedly stabbing his 13-year-old brother on Sunday afternoon.
Dayton Police Department officers responded to reports of a stabbing on the 5600 block of Hoover Avenue.
Upon arrival, they found the 13-year-old victim with a stab wound to his abdomen. He was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition…
