MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — A plan for Miami Crossing, the area of and around the Dayton Mall, is being updated.
Residents, business owners and shoppers of Miami Crossing are encouraged to complete an online survey to help create a new master plan for the region. The survey will be used to help the goals and vision of the Miami Crossing District, as the last master plan update was made in 2015.

“The updated plan will build upon the foundation of the 2015 Master Plan, carrying forwardits core vision statements while addressing current market forces and future trends,” said a release. “It will ultimately serve as the basis for future public and private investment, land development regulations, and other policies, helping Miami Crossing realize its potential.”
In the survey, individuals are asked positions on several topics like creating a “walkable, mixed-use town center,” expanding bicycle and pedestrian access in the area and more…
