DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – It’s been over two weeks since a Dayton neighborhood saw multiple cars catch on fire, and a 17-year-old has now been identified as the suspect.
Residents who had their cars lit up say they were shocked to hear someone so young would do something so terrible.
