XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – Premier Health has presented a Trauma Coin to members of three Xenia first responder organizations for their exceptional response to a dog attack in July 2025.
On July 7, emergency crews were dispatched on reports of a dog attack involving multiple victims. As a result of the quick actions of dispatchers, Xenia police officers, and Xenia Fire & EMS personnel, the incident was successfully contained, and the victims received prompt medical attention.
