A classic bakery in Old North Dayton will soon see new life following the permanent closure of Baker Benji’s.
Patrick Parin, the owner of the new Five Frenchies Old North Dayton Bakery, is working hard inside the building at 700 Troy Street, the popular site many still know as Evans Bakery.
“I am determined to give our clientele the best product out there,” said Parin.
