TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Police arrested two people after a driver allegedly led officers on a chase in a stolen vehicle.
TPD reports said officers arrested Qiaon Coleman, 18, of Dayton, and Jeremiah Mallory, 18, on Saturday.
