A 22-year-old Springfield man was arrested yesterday in Urbana following a traffic stop that led to multiple charges involving a minor.
Police stopped Khary Hudson after noticing his vehicle had heavily tinted windows and briefly tried to evade officers. During the stop, a 14-year-old girl told police Hudson had given her marijuana. Officers also reported the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
A search of the car uncovered marijuana, a glass pipe, a grinder, a THC vape pen, THC gummy wrappers, and partially smoked marijuana cigarettes.
