OHIO — A single-vehicle crash early Dec. 31 left two people injured and led to an investigation by the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office, according to authorities.
Deputies said they received a report at about 1:15 a.m. of a motor vehicle accident with possible injuries near Township Road 280 and state Route 83 in Franklin Township. When emergency personnel arrived, they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and struck multiple trees.
Investigators determined the vehicle was being driven by Christopher Gallagher, 27, of Coshocton. Authorities said Gallagher and his passengers — Isabella Gallagher, 19, of Coshocton; Sandy Brown, 33, of Coshocton; and Nikita Atkins, 32, of West Lafayette — were traveling northeast on Township Road 280 from state Route 83 when the driver failed to maintain control.
