Mayor Turner-Sloss unveils ‘Dayton Flight Plan’ for city’s future

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – On the evening of Monday, Jan. 5, crowds of people poured into the doors of the Dayton Kroc Center to hear the roadmap their newly elected officials have for Dayton.

Newly elected Mayor Shenise Turner-Sloss’s message was that Dayton doesn’t need a mayor as a savior. Rather, it needs strong resident-centered governance.

“This is an opportunity for us to band together to really do the necessary work,” said Turner-Sloss.
