OHIO — One man was killed and two other people were injured Monday evening following a two-vehicle crash in Clark County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers from the Springfield Post were called to the intersection of State Route 4 and Ohio 334 at approximately 6:34 p.m. after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident.
Investigators said a 2005 Saturn Ion, driven by 31-year-old David Antonio, was traveling southbound on State Route 4 when it failed to stop at a yield sign at the intersection.
