DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A two-year-old was hurt after police said he was shot in his hand.
According to officers with the Dayton Police Department (DPD), police were called to Dayton Children’s Hospital, located in the 900 block of Neal Avenue, after receiving reports of a shooting.
