Wrong-way driver who killed 2 had high BAC: toxicology report

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – A new toxicology report has revealed that Doniell Snow, the wrong-way driver who caused a deadly crash on I-70 back in October, had a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.

According to the report, Snow had two different blood alcohol concentration levels: 0.234 percent and 0.273 percent. Both are well over the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

The crash closed down all lanes of I-70 eastbound and resulted in the tragic deaths of 18-year-olds Nevin Vince and Natalie Daly. They had both graduated from Greenon High School in the spring of 2025…
