One of the two victims killed in a two-vehicle collision on a highway in Ohio earlier this week was an elementary school teacher, officials confirmed, while the other was a custodian and father of seven.
The incident occurred on Monday, Jan. 19, just before 1 p.m. local time on Interstate 71 in Union Township, Warren County, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) news release shared with PEOPLE on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Authorities said that based on an initial investigation, a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Micaela Pedicone, 28, of Lebanon, Ohio, was traveling southbound when it crossed a median and entered the northbound lanes…
