DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A juvenile with the developmental functions of a young child has been listed as a critical missing person by the Dayton Police Department.
The missing 16-year-old, Anthony Fogel, was last seen in the 400 block of Gramont Avenue on Dec. 19, at approximately 6 p.m.
Per an update investigators were given on Jan. 20, Fogel was reportedly last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans, black / red gym shoes and a red coat.
He is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs approximately 140 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes…
